By accessing or using KL Divers (kldivers.com, hereinafter “the Service”),
you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree,
please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
KL Divers provides Korean language learning resources, free study tools,
a teacher-student matching service, community forums, and related content.
The Service is provided “as is” and may be modified at any time without
prior notice.
3. User Accounts
Users may create an account to access certain features. You are responsible
for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all
activities that occur under your account. KL Divers reserves the right to
suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User-Generated Content
Users may post content in forums, Q&A sections, and profile pages. By
posting content, you grant KL Divers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license
to use, display, and distribute such content on the Service. You are solely
responsible for the content you post. Prohibited content includes but is
not limited to: illegal material, harassment, spam, hate speech, sexually
explicit material, and content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
5. Matching Service Disclaimer
The teacher-student matching service is provided free of charge as a
facilitation tool. KL Divers does not employ, endorse, or verify the
qualifications of any teacher or student listed on the Service. Any
agreements, lessons, payments, or disputes arising between matched users
are solely between those users. KL Divers shall not be liable for any
damages arising from such interactions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by KL Divers, including textbooks, study materials,
videos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of KL Divers or
its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Third-Party Links and Advertisements
The Service may contain advertisements and links to third-party websites.
KL Divers is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of
any third-party sites or services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KL Divers and its operators shall
not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
KL Divers reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service
at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service
after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these
Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea, with the Seoul Central
District Court as the court of first instance.

발생하는 모든 분쟁은 대한민국 법원의 전속관할로 하며, 제1심 관할 법원은
