We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Teacher to lead our small, close-knit international school community in South Korea, working with children from Kindergarten through Primary.

About the Role: As Head Teacher, you will provide both academic leadership and day-to-day support to a small team of dedicated educators. You’ll help shape a meaningful learning experience for children, working in close partnership with Korean and international staff to create an inclusive, engaging school environment.

Requirements:

• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, B.Ed., or equivalent) – essential
• At least 5 years’ experience in early years or primary education – essential
• Experience in a leadership role – preferred
• Previous experience working in Asia or in an international context – desirable
• Strong interest in play-based, hands-on learning approaches
• Flexible, communicative, and community-minded
