Enrolling in SSI's most popular specialty program will teach you everything you need to know about Enriched Air Nitrox. This program is also a prerequisite for getting involved in Technical Diving.

WHAT IS ENRICHED AIR NITROX?

Enriched Air Nitrox is the most popular specialty course, and most divers will choose to pursue this course. The oxygen content of the high oxygen air is lower than that of the ordinary air, so that the time limit of the decompression time is prolonged and the residence time of the water is shortened at the same dive depth. So the high oxygen diving by most of the underwater photography, camouflage enthusiasts love, but also shorten the time to fly the effective way. However, high oxygen air also has the potential risk of flammable and deep oxygen poisoning, so the correct study of high oxygen risk management is the focus of this course.

Be at least 10 years of age or older
Holds an SSI OWD Diver Certification or its equivalenT
